Crock Pot Chili
Chili has to be one of the easiest and most delicious meals to make in your crock pot.
Here is a simple recipe that anyone can make.
2 lbs. minced beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
2 to 3 ribs celery, chopped
1 large (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 cans kidney or pinto beans, drained
1 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. chili powder
hot pepper, to taste, cayenne
1 tsp.garlic salt
Put your minced beef and chopped onion into a skillet and brown. I recommend using lean mince, but if you use minced beef with a higher fat content than just drain off the excess fat after browning.
